Just in case you didn’t know:

Rabid Fringe: Is the name taken by a group of individuals who align themselves with the so-called board majority of Staci Burk, Daryl Colvin and Julie Smith. They also have a group in Facebook with a little over 100 members. Notable active members of that group are Daryl Colvin, Staci Burk, Dawn Brimhall, Harry Mathews, Tom and Denise Green, Steve Barton and Kittrean Tanner Cook. The group’s administrator is H. Steven Johnson, who happens to be the Chairman of the Change 4 the Future PAC, which is responsible for all the misleading campaign signs about Jill Humpherys.

Westie Connect: Is what we would call Tom and Denise Green’s FUD-factory. This is their blog.

Save our dedicated GPS Employees (Save) and Parents for a Fair School Board (Fair): These are the two largest Facebook pages dedicated to Gilbert Public Schools having over 4000 and 1800 likes, respectively. The next closest pages (which include our own Facebook page) are hovering around a little over 700 likes. So go figure, these pages, Save and Fair, have real constituencies following them. Both pages came to life in opposition to the actions taken by the board majority.
